Delivery and returns terms

Delivery area
We deliver to your home in Benidorm, Finestrat, La Nucía, La Vila Joiosa (Villajoyosa), Altea, l'Alfàs del Pi and Alicante. If your address is outside the area, you can collect your order at the restaurant: Av. Rosa dels Vents, 15, 03570 Benidorm (Alicante).
Minimum order and cost
- Home delivery: free, with a minimum order of €50.
- Pickup at the restaurant: no minimum order.
Lead times
Every order is made to order. When you pay, you choose the delivery date and time slot: from 3 days after the order and up to 14 days.
Payment
Online payment when you confirm the order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change the date at no cost up to 48 hours before delivery by writing to us or calling us. After that the order is already being prepared and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Our products are perishable or frozen foods made to order, so we do not accept returns of products in good condition.
If a product arrives damaged, in poor condition or is not what you ordered, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will replace it at no cost or refund its price to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
